Jackson Creek Crossing and Monument Marketplace are located just south of downtown Monument. These shopping venues are comprised of popular stores such as Walmart, Home Depot, Kohls and Goodwill. And while it still offers all of the nearby conveniences of a larger city, Monument continues to maintain its small town feel, which is especially noticeable as you walk along 2nd Street in the heart of downtown. Is located just east of Monument and is known as one of the three communities that make up the Tri-Lakes area. Woodmoor saw the majority of its development between 1975 and 1990 and showcases beautiful custom and semi-custom homes. Potential home buyers will also appreciate the diversity of the Woodmoor neighborhood. The northern portion of offers acreage size lots, tall trees and thick foliage, while the southern side is more recently developed and offers gorgeous views of the Front Range with quick access to Interstate 25.

Forest Lakes

Is located southwest of downtown Monument, just west of Interstate 25 at Baptist Road. This beautiful, master planned community features two neighborhood parks, abundant trail systems and two gorgeous lakes that are sustained by nearby Beaver Creek. Kings Deer

Is located just east of downtown Monument right at the edge of Black Forest.
